IPL 2021: India Premier League Matches, Squad 2021

IPL

IPL 2021 or IPL 14 is going to start on 9 April 2021 and will go till 30 May 2021. The game faced a lot of problems regarding venue and dates. According to BCCI, they never thought of happening IPL in Dubai this year. Mumbai Indians is 2 times defending champion of 2019 and 2020.

There were rumors of adding to more teams this year. But BCCI refused to add teams before 2022. The whole tournament will happen in India. IPL committee selected6 venues for the whole tournament. Venues are Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Chennai, and Mumbai. To avoid the advantages of home ground, no team will play its match in home ground.

All the matches will be behind the closed doors. After half of the tournament, committee will decide about the matches publicly. Due to the rising the corona cases, Hyderabad cricket stadium is available as backup venue.
